# Telecom MFA Limit Reached

Detects users that have hit a limit on verification phone calls or text codes during sign-in.

**Recommended Actions**

If the problem repeats periodically, encourage users to move to an app or an external authenticator. If that is not possible due to local or business regulations, consider using an external provider like Duo.
