# Personal VPN Usage

Detects users logging in from personal VPNs, which can obscure network visibility by evading firewalls to bypass security and policy enforcement. Users will fail this check if 5 or more activities are performed from this VPN.

**Recommended Actions**

If private VPN usage is against corporate policies, verify private VPN usage with the account and clarify the access policies.<br>
